yeah for sure, i dropped strength hella, and like i did loose size but in the end i look way better

So what carbs are safe for me to have? Sweet potatoes, whole grain bread, rice cakes/brown rice?

You'll lose size, but will end up looking bigger because you'll see more definition. That's kinda the point

FUCK! WORST GYM DAY EVER.

I get to the gym only to find out I left my pass at home.

Go home, go back to the gym, only to find out the community center was closed for basketball court re-lacquering.

I go to Richmond Ice Oval only to find out admission is $10 fricking dollars plus $2.50 per hour parking.

I almost pay the $15, only to find out the gym closes in 40 minutes.

I leave to go to Thompson Community Center. Place is large and busy, but only has ONE bench press and ONE squat rack.

I wait forever to do my workout, wasting time with my thumb up my ass waiting for the equipment to clear.

The only saving grace was the super cute front desk girl at the Richmond Ice Oval that helped me.

I tried RagNOrok caffeine free yesterday for my first workout. It was the first time I have ever used a pre-workout supp, and I don't think it did anything for me. I guess it can't hurt so I'll continue taking it, but I doubt I'll buy any more after.

I didn't even get the Beta Alanine tingling, so there's definitely not much in a scoop.

I got mine.

also so fucking pissed. My friend (who happens to be diabetic) was doing my injection sunday. He was done in 6 seconds. Now I have a fucking sterile abscess on my fucking ass cheek. Painful as fuck. >

If you have any of those items listed your going to blow your 100g goal. When I was cutting back my carb sources were from veggies and milk.

Yeah I was actually just thinking this. I was looking around the house for some whole grain crackers or something to have my tuna with, each one has about 13g of carbs!

Looks like my dinners will have very little to no carbs at all besides the veggies

Maybe try xpand, when I first took it I would always feel a bit of an energy boost. But caffeinated pre-workout supps are definitely way better imo.

I feel a huge difference between xpand and 1MR

Ya I got mine the other day and took the whole pack of White Flood (2 servings)

I had decent sleep...took it right in the morning on an empty stomach...waited an hour and went to the gym
It did not give me an energy boost whatsoever..

It gave me tingly feelings in my arms, especially my hands...it didn't really go away until the end of my work out..the tingling impaired my ability to grip weights and bars at 100%

Verdict: I would not pay for this product
Taste 10/10
Effectiveness: 1/10

I still have to try their Purple Wraath (EAA/BCAA) ...hopefully it's better than their NO product

Take a look at some bodybuilding competitors on competition day, and compare them to 5 days prior. They'll be like 20-30 lbs lighter, but I bet you'd think they look bigger!

More muscle definition > puffy flat muscles
