do you have allot of muscle mass ?
most people fuck up by cutting to fast, or do not have Enough muscle mass on them so when they cut they end up looking like boiled spaghetti

most cases should just be a diet check and cardio

^nice... it's def alot easier to keep track of things, and u can sorta backtrack to a reference point.

on another note, successfully deadlifted 3 plates double overhand for reps. 4 plates come at me baby!

Really starting to get the hang of lower back workouts, even though its always been my weakpoint.. Before, I couldn't deadlift 2 plates for shit

is this a reliable calculator to calculate how much calories i need in a day to maintain/gain/lose weight?

Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs

lately i've been eating around 4000 calories a day and have gained around 8 pounds in 3-4 weeks but a lot of it is fat, my maintenance is supposed to be at 2746 calories a day, if i eat 3250 calories a day instead, even though i can eat more, would i still get optimal muscle growth minus the excess fat? I know gaining fat is inevitable on a bulk but i went up quite a bit in 3 weeks, for counting calories i used livestrong.com

I train 4 days a week in the gym and the other 3 days in MMA, so I'm training about 9hours a week, this would affect my calories burned as well
I'm on a strength based program so I'm eating as much as I can to keep adding weight each session, my average carbs/protein/fat for a day is about 375/225/125 , the carbs and protein are a bit higher sometimes but the fat is always about 125g

thanks in advance

Don't know about mass but strength is only down slightly.

Spoiler!

That online calculation shit is never accurate. If you want to be super anal about the actual number of calories you need, try getting your body fat percentage measured with a caliper and go from there. And even then, it's not totally accurate. Your carb/protein/fat ratio is definetly what you want it to be, don't change any of that because that's the ideal ratio. It depends on what kind of bulk you want to get though really.

Are you trying to make a weight class for a fight?

I find it pretty ironic actually because from what it sounds like, u seem to actually be overtraining yourself, 9 hours a week and still manage to gain fat? Bro, I don't know what kind of shit ur eating, but whatever it is, let me in on some.

best advice i can give is to just do a clean bulk. hahahah. When i went on a major losing weight thing, i started to realize that i was going to be cutting forever cause i had no muscle mass on me. Should just slammed it hard on the weights to build that mass and then do a crazy cut. More muscle mass ya got the easier it is to burn em calories ne ways

There are two ways you could go about transforming your body:

1) bulk (probbaly strykn's favoured method, which is why he failed you)
2) body reecomp (my favoured method, which is why I failed you)

Spinning on a hamster wheel, well.. you can see the results.

Everyone is going to say the same thing (and so far, they have). So its not just me and strykn who are the voices of reason here.

Other people are just thinking what we are saying

You'll go from being skinnyfat to skinny kunt

And then as soon as you stop (which you will unless you REALLY love cardio), you'll be fatter than before

I don't like being jiggly either so I'd keep doing what you're doing. Bulking and putting on muscle is a long process. If you're not happy with your body now you sure as hell aren't going to be happy for the duration of your bulk when you are putting on even more fat.

IMO you'll get more "bang for your buck" by losing a bit more fat first for the next couple months. Continue lifting heavy, get as lean as you want, and then get ready to start a looong clean bulk.

Shouldnt be cutting. Bulk for a year or more then cut. You won't be "jiggly" once you have enough muscle
