dont worry if you're small as a teen. i was pinner at 16 too. hell i didnt start growing until like 22. dat maturity hits slow for some of us. now im legit as fuark.
werddd... you're still young as hell if you're 16. Chances are, your bones aren't done developing yet so theres still plenty of time to grow... main thing is to stay away from injuries at ur age or it can impede your workouts later on.. When you hit 19, that's when you'll explode and blow up into a monster...

I wish I knew then what I know now when I first tried weightlifting in high school
Well to be honest Skinny a lot of us on here probably know more now than anyone else would have back in high school. We are all learning as we go but the science behind dieting and lifting has really come out in the last 5 years or so. If we went back with what we know now people would probably think we were insane for things we know now in regards to diet and bodybuilding. We would probably end up being highly touted professional athlete coaches or writing some books.

I was last week, but sorta teetered off because I'm not able to get my workouts in everyday now... so kinda doing a 2 day split now (upper body/lower body) cus i have more time in between to rest

Yah this program is pretty demanding. Hard to make time for 5days a week.
fuark, errone miring dat dere 25min intense bike ride, dripping sweat like no tomrrow. i may be big (height wise)..and i may have a shitty diet, but ill work my butt off in cardio now i just need that diet plan and all set

i was on layne for about 2 months it was a good change from the normal routine, was always sore at the end of every workout. I still use his legs routine though.
