^yeah first notch is where its supposed to be at. Any more than that delts and u start to get a shoulder workout.
@redsir if ur talkin my flat bench, its still 120 lb. My incline is 100. But these numbers are when i have proper rest and a good few meals in before the workout. There are some days when i cant eve lift 70% of that. And 80s? thats absurd...

Yes but the first notch varies sometimes. I prefer to go just about as low as possible without going totally flat. Well at least that lets me do more weight |

wonder what their bread and butter exercise for that is, or if it's just from working those rings all them years in practice

from B.C. is muscling its way into sports supplement industry Quote:
This may sound unnatural but if everyone ate a balanced diet with foods from the Canada Food Guide, taking in only the calories needed for their lifestyle, got a minimum of 30 mins. exercise a day, walking, stairs, gardening etc. which for the most part is free, wouldn't we all be healthier and fitter? Wouldn't our bodies look normal for our physique? We would save on groceries and "supplements", and for the most part be happier. I don't know that looking "ripped" makes people any happier. | lol

Anyone that says bodyweight exercises don't work need only look at them. Mind you that's a lifetime of exercising.......

skinny, question for morning fasted workouts. you mentioned that the energy source is going to come primarily from the stored muscle glycogen from the previous meal which is obviously going to be the last meal the previous night before going to bed. however, if we're told to lower our carb intake to prevent any sort of insulin spike that may occur and accelerate adiposity during the rest period, then don't the two kinda contradict each other in a sideways fashion?

ya no doubt you need a ridiculous upper body to do rings...
I noticed two other things about them as well, they got very small triceps in comparison to their bi's, this also makes their backs look much bigger if you're looking at them from the side because they don't have big triceps to cover that space and all you see is the back bulging out...
And what cracked me up is obviously they got absolutely no legs from the looks of it, but it's understandable though, I'm not knockin it cuz I get it, if they had big ass muscular legs, that shit that they do on the rings would be almost impossible, skinny legs looks like an almost absolute necessity for those ring athletes.... probably smart to wear pants for that event, lol

A pet peeve of mine is when people say they bench an X amount of weight and when I actually see them, they barely go down 90 degrees. |

Cus when you sleep, your body's metabolism slows cus ur not active, so the carbs will accelerate adipose deposition fo sho

Any brahs here do landscaping or any intense labour work? How do you guys manage to maintain solid gains at the gym while bulking properly?
BRB, 10 hour shifts
BRB, one 30 minute break to eat
BRB, sore as fuck after a day of work with no energy to lift after
BRB, can't take a PWO or else I'll be up all night and can't sleep even though I have to be up at 6:30am
