I worked for a store in vancouver... First and only job ever!
GNC?
No wonder you know so much shit about supplements. your view on supplements has probably been distorted a bit too from workin in a supplement store.. I actually really want to work @ a supplement store cus i feel like i know so much more about them now

No I worked at an independant store. I don't even know if they still exist.. they were getting into manufacturing when I left in... 2001 or so... And franchising too, so I don't know. Is it still there on 4th & Broadway?
Anyway that was a long time ago, so I don't think my view is really affected by my old job... All my views on supplements are based on seeking out solid research as well as actual useful anecdotal feedback on various forums.
didnt gym for a week....pretty stoked to go today....bring on the pump.

My gym days may be numbered for the next while. Just lost a job which was the bulk of my income, and I will be scrambling to figure out way to make more money in the next few months. Going to the gym takes up a total of at least 4 hours in a day from the moment I leave the house (probably more like 5 when you consider preparation etc) so I won't have the time to go through with it every day.
Might have to do some bodyweight work at home or something
Going to be a rough and stressful next 2-3 months for me, wish me luck
(and yes, I am drinking right now, I would be a mess if I wasn't)

chin ups and dips on the monkey bars and hand stand pushes against a wall
I've cut down to 155 since starting IF/EC stack and I feel the biggest I've ever been. Some minor strength losses but I think it was worth it
Started incorporating power cleans to start overhead press sets too and it's definitely something I don't regret learning.
How is that working for you? I just started IF while cycling EC. I wasn't sure if I could do EC while doing IF. I've been stuck at 145 for about 3 months now. Really want to lose the extra flab and get ripped.
