^ you have to sign the club pledge in blood and beat any club member in a feat of strength and make sure atleast 3 club members, aside from the one you are challenging, are there to witness the act. There is also a police background check and we need a driver's abstract. In total from start to finish the application process takes 90 days.

Yes I have noticed a bit of knee pain now that I am doing 225lbs. Make sure you have your feet angled out a little (approx 30deg) like squats so that your knees bend naturally.

Chest Day Brah's. Got some new headphones and I'm motivated as Fuark. Anyone got any secret killer exercises they do I can try? My plan for today is

Pin Press 5 sets - Probably end with 275lbs on last set - 3 reps
Incline BB Press - 4 sets ramping up finishing with 2 plates - 4-6 reps
Weighted Dips Superset with Scull Crushers 4 sets each
Cable Fly's superset with Tri Pressdowns 4 sets each
Guillotine Press Superset with Close Grip Bench (Smith Machine)

Get dat der Swole on!

reverse peck deck
burn out with cable raises

I never go behind the head when I use a straight bar.

It's why I like the bar I use so much, I don't have to make that choice. I just go straight down and the shape of the bar goes around my head.

I've actually just started incorporating power cleans, really trying to get a solid form down but I know what you mean, they hit the traps hard. My traps look huge from the back but not as visible from the front :okay:

RS seriously has some strongass people... really need to step up my game. Been at 245lb 1RM for months on end. :fuckthatshit:

Thanks man. Gotta give credit to you guys though. Reading about everyone's progress and accomplishments had really motivated me and shown me with hard work and consistency, we are all capable of a lot more than we think.
