nice!! I did deads on sat night....was still feeling the after effect yesternight....now gonna go back for some more today... I love my back...it looks better than everything else. ha

Personally my squat and deadlift have been lacking lots, mainly because i no longer do them 2-3 times a week.
However, my bench has been going up, at 75lb dbs now and a 155 bench, 85lb OHP. The weight for my rows, presses, and other auxilliary exercises are going up.
I've still got a long way to go, but i think it holds pretty true that we can't have it all at the same time
hey man, u might not notice it, but compared to ur previous vids/pics, you do seem to be packing on a bit of size, slowly but surely...
also, i'd suggest changing out of the 5x5 for a bit, and try going on a bodybuilder routine where you do sets to failure, around the 10-12 range... it really helped for me, so it might help for you

on a serious note, solid lift berz, you def look like you coulda pulled off a few more reps, i'd say 4-5 more at least cus your form was still intact for the last rep
