Switched gyms from Commonwealth to Juan de Fuca in Langford (Victoria). Newer equipment, way more equipment (two bench press and incline bench press stations), doubles of dumbells etc. Less character but all business. Day 2 and already got told I have to wear shoes at all times (was doing bb row and military press). Going to have to get some new workout shoes.
Tired as hell of being stuck at DL 315x5 while my squat is at 295x10. Gotta get my DL up.
So heres me after 1.5 yrs of mediocre training.....i'll up a pic of my legs later.
still at 150lbs over the 1.5yrs. I like this feeling.
A lot motivation comes from this forum. Thanks guys. smsragefaces-myimage.png

Nice pulls. Two things I would work on are
(1) Keep your head more neutral and in line with your spine. Imagine your are squeezing a golfball between your chin and neck and keep that position throughout the pull.
(2) Squeeze your glutes more to fully lockout at the top because you're stopping a bit short. Really focus on recruiting your glutes once the bar gets to about knee height.
Edit, damn I'm a slow typer... do exactly what fcukedd said lol.
