ffff my squats stopped going up and i can't even do 260 for 5
felt so bad in the past 2 weeks, hopefully i can do it tommorow.

i was aiming for 300x5 by the end of my 1st year, but i guess not anymore

anyways what's the best routine to put on size, drop my bf to around 10%, while go up in strength?
will switch over at the end of the year, will be easily around 315+ squats and deads. been doing strictly strength for a year now, but im still a stick lol

Holy smokes, yesterday night I just saw this huge guy shrug 13 plates (each side) at Gold's Gym. He used the super long bendy bar than no one uses.

45*26 plates + 45 bar = over 1215 lbs, because I'm sure that bar weighs more than 45!

I felt kind of awkward doing deadlifts next to him, but he was really nice and gave me some chalk. I asked him if the staff mind and he said they do, but just don't make a mess and just say he did it if they do.

SkinnyPupp 08-27-2012 04:43 AM

Sounds like someone has a man-crush ;)

A similar thing happened to me.. I was doing my regular deads at around 315 lbs struggling for 3-5 reps, and one of the rugby players asks if he can do a set, proceeds to stiff leg it for 10 reps no problem :ahwow:

Anyone know where I can find those miniature water dispenser jugs that are water bottles? There about four litre/gallon size, look exactly like big water jugs.. With a water nozzle on top so its like a water bottle

I've been a sad kunt brah's. :alone: Gym sesh's have been weaksauce. Just going through the motions it seems. It's hard when you reach a certain point to do what needs to be done in order to keep gaining. In my case it's eating a lot more. I just don't have the time/patience/motivation to do it. I wish I had a personal chef to prepare all my meals for me. I'm just biding my time until I hop on the bike which is hopefully pretty soon.

Berz out.

Know exactly who you're talking about, I think he's a warden or some shit, I could be wrong. He's got a REALLY weird physique though, he does SUPER heavy shrugs, but that's really the only exercises I see him do mostly, all his other numbers are pretty average. It's weird how some people get caught into doing certain exercises they just do all the time, and ignore everything else.

I got one that matches the exact description but its 2.2 litres. I got it from walmart.

RRxtar 08-27-2012 07:46 PM

there was a 'broad' in my gym tonite that was shoulder pressing 80lb dumbells for reps. And she had dreamer traps. and was wearing a shirt that said something about being a mutant. And she kept looking at me. I felt like my angus was going to get peppered.

Glute Ham Raise - YouTube

Dude, you made my year. I've been dying to find something to do these, and I never thought of the calf raise. Brilliant, now to see if I can do one without bending at the waist. I hear it's hard.
