I think they are probably getting 100-150lbs from that amount of gear. That being said, fucking impressive for their size and even more impressive considering their age. Still boys but they already have more strength than most men will ever have.

I would replace some of that sugar with meat, and replace deli meat with real meat.

Who here goes to Sport Central? What are the pros and cons?

I'm planning on heading over to a real gym in October...80lb dumbbells at community centres aren't cutting it. :fuckyea::alonehappy:

+1

Just check your free weights before you pick them up.....or else you will have broken toes and bruised ankles... those bolts are getting tired; especially when certain people lifting weights to heavy for them to control drop them after 5 reps. FAGs.

You guys should just go get adderal. It's probably cheaper too if you have insurance haha.

Rest day for me.

Just hit under 240. I miss that number "3".

hahah.

I'm hoping I can shake off my issues with my self esteem and go into January with a new mindset.

Yesterday I did chest. I really need a spot. I'm so fucking scared of dropping the weight on me that I pussy out by the 4th rep. ~280lb's 4x5 yesterday. Finally got to do bench incline and was able to do 180. So 100 pounds less than my bench.

Also did some core stuff. Ball transfers, knee bring ins.

I hate hate hate having to deal with the inevitable loose skin. I was hoping with my slower weight loss that it wouldn't be an issue but I can already feel the "cold spots" on the parts of body that have fat on it.

2 tupperwares. 1 fresh, cooked, chopped up, chicken breast in each one. filled the rest of the way with a couple pieces of romaine lettuce, red and green pepper and cucumber. +1 point if no dressing.

non veggie carbs = 0

Hmm, takes a bit to dissolve it all; left some floaty bits on top. Must be the BCAA

What are your goals

if its weight loss, just use common sense. You can follow a plan, but I only do it if I want to lose it very fast.

The way i'm doing it now is just don't eat fried foods, don't eat many carbs, increase protein intake and dont eat as much.

Not really "common sense" to know that he has to cut down on carbs like bread/rice ect. Pop and desserts is though.

Actually your right. I've been in arguments with people before who think white rice is healthy???
