Shit went down today I military pressed 185 for the first time (bw- 175). It was only one rep, but what a rep it was. I held the lockout for a few seconds, it looked pretty badass. The only thing that would have made it better was if some hot broads were hugging my legs ... like so ....

uhm my "sickness" in the stomach only started maybe 2-2.5 weeks ago ? then i made an appointment with the doctor (whom ima see in 2hrs) but it took bout 5 days to get an appointment with him cus he was booked. i guess its almost a month since my puke sesh, but i was only feeling the effects of that in the beginning. It wasn't this bad.
i was following EC Stack Dosages for Fat Loss - Hotnfit.com , which i think i got to the point of taking 3 E 2 C 2x a day. I know it sais 3 but i always missed the third one cus i would remember to take it too late lol and no i didnt really do HIT, just did my regular lifting with my 10k cycle for cardio at the end, but i did it 6x a week. The reason for me puking that one time was cus i incorporated more cardio into my workout that day (started stairmasters after my cycle) and thats what over did it.

cut the ECA dude, it's really not that great for you. I take adderal and before that dexedrine and that shit can really fuck with
a) appetite
b) make you feel like your sick if you don't dose right. (anxious, nausea) and because you are doing so much ECA you are probably suffering from Withdrawl Syndrome.

i stopped the ECA stack after the day i puked. and now my "real sickness" started like i said 2-2.5 weeks ago, and i've stopped ECA august 14th. so yes im complaining bout this sickness but im not on ECA anymore.. ?
i took eca at the end of last year too when i wanted to lose some weight and i did the whole cycle just fine. this time i guess it was too much plus it doesnt help to be taking other PWO's as well (not same time)
And i have cut off all supps in the last..week n a half or so (just started taking my daily vitamins again as they seem to have work'd a lil bit)

Gym Brah gave me a scoop of old 1MR today. Fuark lifted like a beast. Not sure if placebo or real life but it helped regardless. Side note I'm looking fucking jacked lately. Dat Der 210lbs notch is only 1lb away. Celltech in 2 weeks ( or as soon as it arrives)
Just to update you guys, had shitty workouts all summer just to maintain strength, gained about 10lbs in clean weight, sitting at 220lbs right now. Popping veins in my shoulders and quads lol.
Lower back is fully recovered but I tweaked my shoulder 1.5weeks ago squatting....the bar slipped a little off my trap coming up and torqued my shoulders backwards. Just uncomfortable to do anything about my head now.
And I am moving to England in 2 weeks for school so that should be interesting on how I am going to maintain strength/size
btw 600lb deadlift for reps

I have no clue what you're talking about with the lat machine, I've only used one a hand full of times. Pullups is where its at.

C'mon man, you should know better that fruits and veggies are crucial.
The difference in energy is huge. It's crazy. If it means stealing veggies/fruits from neighbours...do it. lol, but in moderation.
