on a side note, normally i don't give 2 fucks about other people when they workout but this ei kid that was prob 120 pounds, was doing shoulders and he was wearing straps for everything he did, like seated mill press on the smith machine like , and then the did biceps curls with them on. I wanted to tell him he will need straps to jerk off cause his grip is so fucking weak

I miss the feeling of the first days I did legs. Worked them so hard I fell down when I turned around too fast in my kitchen and legs wouldnt hold me up. No matter how hard I work them now, I cant replicate that feeling

try pre-exhausting your muscles before you do hack squats and squats.
I wanted my legs to hurt like a bitch the next day (which they do right now LOL) so what I did was:
Leg press (tons of reps, tons of weight)/Hacksquat (bar)/quad extensions/Straight leg DL/hack squat (machine) with tons of reps/Squats (tons of reps)
Probably bad place to ask, but I will anways. On August Long weekend I tweaked my middle finger at Gyro beach in Kelowna, swinging down that rope swing with a chick on my back. Since then, my middle finger my been sore as fuck when I grip, even though nothing is broken, even deadlifting two plates, my grip goes out because of the middle finger.
Should I jump on straps for now, or stop lifting entirely for now?
