wait what... if you're on a cycle, you should at least be 160lb... if not, it means you're not dieting properly and ur body's not fully absorbing the substrates it needs to grow with the juice uve been taking
If i was on cycle i'd definetly be doing a 4 day split per week so i could work all bodyparts.

Hey guys, (and maybe some gals) I know I havn't posted in a long time. But some of you here wanted to see some pictures of myself. Here is my body space Joshlaton2323's BodySpace - Bodybuilding.com
Also if anyone has questions about competing feel free to ask away, and I'll try and answer them the best I can. For everyones info the next comp. is Sandra Wickham Fall Classic: New Westminster, Nov 10. I will not be competing at this show due to I'm going to the middle east.

Did OHP for 80 last week pretty easily, thought i could go to 85 but couldn't finish the set. Friend suggested i take a deload/rest week since I've been training like 6-7 days a week for the past 3 weeks.
