Hit 375x1 this week. Crappy form on the way down though. One side hit the ground first haha Went from 135->225->275->315->375 The last jump is too much so I need to put 355 in there next time.

I find that pretty impressive for a little guy to actually be able to unrack 405 lbs. Imagine if he did it high bar without using the maxipad and had no traps. or muscle in that area. Metal on bone rubbing action.

140lbs was an exaggerated guess lol, realistically he was probably 155-165, which is still somewhat impressive. The idea of doing 1/16 ROM exercises is fucking retarded tho
