I havn't tried yet. I don't really do any 1rpm in any of my lifts.

I really need to research and start reading about new programs, I want to get more serious about my lifts and maximize my time at the gym.

I've leaned up my diet alot, bougt a shitload of chicken breast and meats. No more cheeses, or creep calories.

Kaizen is awesome. Its not too awesome considering the price now, but it does the job.

+1 to this. Anything thats muscle milk is worth buying just because of the taste. Although I do prefer the cookies and cream flavour the most.

gonna switch from weighted dips to close grip bench today :joy:

with weighted dips i did :
- 3 x 5 with 2 45 lbs plates
- 1 x 5 with one 45 lbs plate
- and 1 x 12 with no weight

how much u guys think i can do with close grip bench?

tubbyboi 10-22-2012 10:17 AM

wow. I just switched gyms over the weekend and got to hit up the golds in burnaby for the first time in a verrrrrry long time. Not too sure if its the creatine that i recently jumped on or the nice feel of the better equipment but i feel like i can lift a lot more.

New gym, same dedication. Time get rdy for next summer and be a shredded sick kunt brahs!

Meowjin 10-22-2012 11:27 AM

Saw some circuit training brahs at the oval today. One of their exercises was power clean and jerk with a bar + 10 lbs on each side, and every time they jerked it they threw it into the air above them

kwy 10-22-2012 05:48 PM

Sick of my community gym, it's usually packed, only 1 squat rack and pretty much only 1 of anything, except the flat benches, and everythings hogged up by skinnyfags and geriatrics. Goddamn if I wasnt so college broke Id get a membership at a proper gym

J.C 10-22-2012 05:55 PM

iirc sfu has a powerlifting club
