wow. I just switched gyms over the weekend and got to hit up the golds in burnaby for the first time in a verrrrrry long time. Not too sure if its the creatine that i recently jumped on or the nice feel of the better equipment but i feel like i can lift a lot more. New gym, same dedication. Time get rdy for next summer and be a shredded sick kunt brahs! |

Saw some circuit training brahs at the oval today. One of their exercises was power clean and jerk with a bar + 10 lbs on each side, and every time they jerked it they threw it into the air above them :badpokerface: |
