did lateral raises standing 1-2 feet away from a wall facing it with my head looking down and the top of my head resting against the wall. holy sweet isolation batman followed that up with bent over rear raises standing with my forehead resting on the back of a bench with my back just a bit above flat. rear delts on fire! you bros make sure you try new ways to hit the same muscles once in a while youll be amazed at how 'used to' doing the same shit every week you get. quickly. |

when do you guys usually work on your traps? i cant decide if i should do it with back because the deadlift works them or with shoulders |

Couldn't decide whether to do smolov for squats or smolov jr for bench first... so manned up and did both today. First day wasn't bad at all. But I have to admit, the bench sets felt a lot heavier than expected since I was still catching my breath from squatting. These next three weeks are gonna be fun. |
first weeks easy 2nd and 3rd is where its killer started smolov back up for bench yesterday using a 160 max |

Do u guys use anything other then whey protien? I'm thinking to buy extra supplements and what not So far I'm looking forward to getting some L-carnitine. Anything else I should b on the lookout for? |
