Those stats @ 152lb BW is pretty impressive!

Those stats @ 152lb BW is pretty impressive! | If you were an active member on this thread, you would know my strongest lift out of the big three is my squats. I can hit 315lb around 3-4 times.
Really wished I put as much focus in my hamstrings as I did in my quads. They are really lacking, as I concentrated primarily on bringing out the 'teardrop'. |

If its a narrower stance, he could probably put more weight onto the bar but the squat will be more quad-dominant. A wider stance feet apart will activate more glutes and hamstrings...

If the stance were narrower, the weight wouldn't be as heavy due to stability. If he were to do front squats, then yes his quads would be activated more as there would be less hip flexion and the weight is distributed differently than if it were on his back.

i don't really do narrow stance squats anymore just because of the anterior displacement and stress that it places on my knees

What I meant was that my secondary exercises for legs have all been quad-focused such as hack squats. My leg press have always been done with a narrower stance, and I always did a lot of leg extensions. The only thing I did before for every leg workout is lying hamstring curls, and would sometimes get lazy to do stiff-legged deads.

So tonite I was doing bench press and directly in front of me was a chick on a stairclimber type thing. She was a little skinny but I'd give her an 8.5/10 RS standards wearing uber tight yoga pants and shirt. She was sorta pushing her tight little butt backwards with her hips sorta rolled forward with just enough side to side wiggle. It was different than most asses on cardio equipment. Brahs I couldn't help but stare directly at her butt hole in a mesmerizing gaze. I can't describe it, it was hypnotizing.

Sometimes the scenery at the gym is great. Young tight girl with personal trainer bent over stability ball for an hr yesterday. Mmmmm another guy on stationary bike had perma grin just watching lol /creep
Also went to Fit Life comp sat. Just pre judging. Interesting experience with some decent fitness routines. One chick was clearly a stripper Posted via RS Mobile |

Long ass day in the gym. 10 working sets of bench and 10 sets of squats.
Feeling a slight strain in my left pec developing. If it doesn't get better next week I will drop the smolov benching. I'm pretty paranoid of tearing a pec.
