first time uploading a video: 325lbs @ 160lbs bw form check. I felt a bit of rounding and I've always wondered how much it was. Please critique my form/lift.

you have a problem that i see with alot of people who dl. you dont drive your hips thru to the bar if that makes sense. pretend like you're fucking a chick lol. also in the starting position your hips are too low

anyone have a video of someone moutning a dumbell to their legs doing weighted dips. I found a way to do it, but I need to find an easier technique.

get a dip belt... this video will explain. i use a dip for pull ups and its easy to use.

obviously he is much stronger than u p4p...this is why olympics and powerlifting competitions have weight classes
