thnx m8, tbh not sure how much i lifted in the first pic i remember i never worked out shoulders or legs tho just back/bis, chest/tris, it was approx

flat bench; 115lbs 6-8 reps
dumbbell bench going to 90 degrees; 60lbs
deadlifts; not even once

lifts now couldve been higher, but only been training for hypertrophy rather than strength

flat bench 1rm 215 , stopped doing it only do incline, 145lbs, 8-12 reps
dumbbell bench, incline only, 80s, dumbbells touching chest, 8-12 reps
deads max was 315 x 5, herniated disc tho (l4-l5), so stopped, now do hyper extensions and other rows

ahhh... for those days when you're supposed to go to gym but there's a game on... watchin the game n puttin in a bit of work..... backroller is key bros... for those of you that dont have one, GET ONE ! my back used to tighten up all the time, had this for a few months, havent got tight once since

Theres this tiny girl that powerlifts at the Oval. One of my buddies told me today she weighs 104 lbs and at her last meet deadlifted 265. What a monster.
