Just getting the dumb bells up for me doing flat bench requires help. I can press the weight just fine once its up there, getting it up is a fucking pain though. Same with decline, getting onto the bench by yourself with heavy weights is a battle in itself

Try sitting on the bench with the dumbbells on your legs upright, and slouch forward so top of dumbbell is touching your chest. Hold that position so your legs go into the air as you lie down and you should be able to get up most weights .. its what works for me and I got weak shoulders
First upper body workout since september. Lats/upper back is pretty pumped, feels amazing Did 135x10||225x12||275x6||185x8 on deadlift and almost threw up. Feels saooo good

oh well, next time ill make sure i get a better spot
when i ask for a spot i always tell them how i want it. "im going for a single, double or triple, stand back and watch. If i say take it, yank the bar up, other than that dont touch the bar."
There are no principles, there are only events. There is no good and bad, there are only circumstances. The superior espouses events and circumstances in order to guide them.
I saw "Official Building/Upgrading..." thread on the main forum page and skinnypupp as the last poster and clicked on it.
Brought me to a computer building thread. Misread it for bodybuilding
Since losing my job and internet advertising taking a dump, I literally only have time for working, eating, and sleeping. Barely holding it together even then
Hopefully things turn around so I can get back to the gym again. I have been doing the occasional workout based on the v-diet challenge, but not nearly enough. I may look into getting some kettle bells as well.
