365 DEADLIFT, INCHING CLOSER TO 400 DEADLIFT... LIGHTWEIGHT!!!!

also can anyone tell me is hack squat 450lbs 7x3 and 540lbs 7x1 all with one min rest between all sets is good or still considered weak :okay:

Does anyone else find taking a protein shake bloats you up?

I've been taking a shake after my post-workout meal now as I noticed that if I took one right after my workout, I'd have no appetite.

Now I'm hungry as fuck when I get home :win:

Good or weak is all relative man. If you couldn't lift those numbers a month ago but you can now than it's good. But if a couple months later you're still lifting the same weight than those numbers are no longer good.

And grats on the deadlift PR!

yea i get this sometimes especially if my protein takes like shit...... post workout hunger is the best

Is this real life? Those are big numbers. I DL 365, squat 245, hack squat 235 2x10. Of course I do hack squat after I have done squat and DL lol

i dont squat and deadlift on the same day. either is deadlift and hack squat or barbell squat and hack squat

You guys are talking about different kinds of hack squats. There's barbell hack squats and machine hack squats.

My bench plummeted. It felt like I lost 30lbs on my bench during Smolov. But most of it came back fast once it was over and my CNS got some rest.

Deadlift went up 30lbs post Smolov though.
