I didn't fail you because I agree/disagree with what you said. It was more because this thread is for sharing experiences on exercise, nutrition, supplements, etc. Not spouting off on shit we clearly don't know anything about.
The main issue most people have with the whole 'carb thing' is that they get mixed up between "eliminate carbs from the diet" and "eliminate shitty useless carbs from the diet"
i think mine came broken could not mix stuff at all it was not that fast
I find it's only good for 2-4 scoops of Whey max at a time (Not good for mass Gainers). After that the liquid gets so thick the motor starts to slow down do to the consistency.
If you have, let us know the differences you feel. Even if you haven't, post up how it went. I'm interested in MP Assault after I polish off my 1MR (which will take a while..lol)
I have not tried 1MR but judging by bodybuilding.com reviews mp assault is better.. But as I have not tried 1MR so I can not say for myself.. but what I can say is that MP assault does give you more energy and you don't feel tired or worn out after the gym.. I feel like I could do another workout after im done.. lots of tingley feeling too lol.. ive only tried it once so I gotta try it more to give a proper opinion on it.
i got my assault in the mail the other day im still yet to try it but i have had 1mr and it is way to strong for me i think i still have half a container lol how big of a scoop did u use for assault??whats the taste like??i think i have berry something lemonade

1 mr is probly more energy but that being said its probly because of all the caffeine and sitms
assault has con-creat creatine which is supposedly really good
assault serving size is huge compared to 1mr
the only reason why bodybuilding has a good review is the marketing and reps all over the forums.
both are great preworkouts you can go wrong with either one but 1mr mite be a lil too strong for some
since today is my off day for lifting the week, i think im going to do some more of this cardio bullshit (for the second time this week)
gonna head back to the stadium and do something like run 2 laps, then 3 sets of stair sprints, then a lap, then 3 sets of stair sprints, then a lap, then stairs, and repeat until i cant do it anymore.

I mixed my white flood with green mag for a while but i stopped after i finished the green mag tub. Was thinking about buying another tub but it costs quite a bit. I substituted green mag just with allmax creatine and found it gave me the same effect, cheaper too.
