Are you clean bulking or...?

Just eat at a caloric surplus and track your cals, protein, carb, and fat intake. It's not that serious.

past year and a bit have just been drinking choc milk, probably better then protein powder

max day today
squat : 255lbs
bench : 245lbs
deadlift : 365lbs
total : 865lbs

on the max squat (low bar position), i ended up going up too fast resulting in the bar grinding up my neck and falling back on my shoulders... now my right shoulder is FUCKED UP in snap city :okay:

yea i was lolol, all my lifts have gone up by allot since then :joy:

two months ago, these were my stats

bench : 175lbs
squat : 135lbs
deadlift : 225lbs
total: 535

in two months i managed to bring my total up to 865 from 535 lol
two weeks ago my total was 745-ish so my total has been rising quite steadily lol

maxed out deadlift yesterday.

345. Not bad. I'm always scared of the initial lift

ever since I've been training with my friend i've cried twice at the gym.

everytime we seem to do biceps he always makes me do some crazy drop sets/negative reps and I always end up crying and screaming in pain. My fucking forearms were like a rock after the lift
