Wtf 125 that's insane..I've never seen anything more than 100

To get from 3 to 4 plates on a deadlift, should I train with 2 plates with a higher volume or constantly do 2-3 reps with max weight?

What up with everyone eating mcdonalds now? I'd rather eat a bunch of juicy chicken breasts any day. good luck with your health goals of 2013.

it may be quick, and yes the calories are ridiculous.. but if you're trying to bulk on shit calories, you're only going to make cutting that much harder since the majority of your mass increase will be from fat rather than trying to increase as much lean mass as possible. You still need to watch where your calories are coming from. fast food isn't even that cheap now adays. It is probably cheaper to buy chicken and veggies from the store, and shove em in the oven, than spending 10 bucks on fast food.

inb4 skinnypupp fails you for making complete sense

anything in moderation is fine, but if mcdonalds is your only source of calories, then I feel bad for your heart.
