That's it.
If you want to bulk or cut or whatever, I'm not going to tell you what to eat or not eat.
But if you are worried about your blood profile, it doesn't matter where you eat, it matters what you eat.

eating a nice steak and home cooked food doesnt cost as much as everyone seems to think
I can make a steak, pasta, and a salad at home for cheaper than what i would spend at mcdonalds.
and as far as being jelly of not being on poverty meal time, im jelly of you 20 year olds with peak test and gh pumping thru you. you'll be on that steak time soon enough, but i missed the best lifting years.

Marketplace IGA often puts their family packs (about 1kg) of top sirloin strip steaks on for $13.21/kg. When they do I buy all of them and freeze them when I see them. Comes out to like $5 for a good meal size of meat. Throw some pasta and a salad in there and you've got a solid well balanced nutritious meal for like $7.
Or buy a whole roast and get the butcher to cut it.
Bone in skin on chicken thighs are like $6/kg.
And if you dont have 2 tupper wares full at all times of cooked up lean or extra lean ground beef or ground sirloin in your fridge to throw on pasta, tacos, salad, eat it on its own, whatever, you're doing it wrong.

They are also usually a grade higher than Pricesmart and Superstore (AAA vs AA).
Chicken (from whole roasting chickens to legs to thighs) regularly go on sale for $1.99/lb in the various supermarkets nearby ($4.40/kg), and that's when I usually stock up. This week Pricesmart has chicken drumsticks for $1.99/lb.

But when i started doing barbell, the numbers skyrocketed... I could go back to doing dumbbells again, but my gym only has 100's...
