why does the 10s or 25s have to be full sized anyways? just slap them on when you do your rows, it shouldnt matter. weights are weights unless you are embarrassed that ppl think your pinner... :facepalm: you go to the gym to make gains, stop being a wuss. Everyone have to start somewhere. No shame, I used to be really weak but I have gained 20lbs since summer, now I am sitting at 145lbs. Still making gains at the gym. Working out is based on your mentality. If have a weak mentality, your not going to make any progress. You have to be dedicated and hardworking to make your gains. |
