Because you're afraid of hard work and actual self-dicipline, you tried the easy way out, and made someone else richer because of it. None of that crap works, but it's easy to sell. Why? Because stupid people buy that shit. And who are they marketing to? Fat asses. And why are they fat asses? Because they're stupid. Case closed. You fatties buy the stupidest stuff, your heads must be shoved deep inside your fat asses. Stop buying stupid shit!!

Hm, right now my workout is mainly split into two routines: Big lifts (sq, dl, chest stuff), and glamour muscles (arms, back and core).
Thinking of splitting it down into three routines into minimally-connected muscle groups in order to avoid fatigue during the workout (as could happen if I did, say, tri's and chest in the same day or bi's and back) and an excuse to go to the gym more often lol.
Chest & Bi's
Deadlift, Tri's & Back
Squat & Delts

I'm pretty psyched, had an awesome shoulder workout today. My dumbbell shoulder press has always been really weak; actually just my shoulders in general...
I recently started doing it again and just a week and a bit ago I had a hard time doing 45's even with a spot. Went in today and managed 7 clean reps with 50's with no spot
I know thats not much compared to what you guys do but I've never done that before
Happy to see progress with my shoulders fa SHAO

Invisible sky daddies commanding people to do shit is just so beyond retarded, I feel like punching myself in the balls until I shit my computer chair.

yea i was stuck on like 55s max 60 for a good two months, then I was just like fuck it and can manage 75 w/o a spot and 85 with a lift ( for shoulder press)
What do you guys mean by "2 plates"? I'm not down with the dudebro gym lingo, but I see plates that are anything from 1.5 lbs to 45 lbs, so when someone says "2 plates" I still have no fucken idea what they are referring to

I think 2 plates refers to 2x45 lb plates on each side of the bar
At least thats how I read it

A plate is a full 45…everything else is a fraction of a plate in my books.
When i was going into watch that vid, i was expecting that guy to do a pansy ass half squat, but he went deeeeeep (albeit insanely fast). Ass to the grass ha
Only 2 weeks back, back on the supplements, and my bench is almost where it was a couple months ago…1 ¾ plates x 2. Gotta just keep at it a bit longer and Ill be back at 1 ¾ for 5 again, then move to the 2 plate mark.
This weekend between class I plan on revising my routine and start journaling my progress
