New pr today, 275 x 6 reps bench while in fasted condition

very surprisingly, the first 3-4 reps felt super easy, almost felt like repping 2 plates

thanks bro! yeah i am, second week, ended up going 5 lbs over the recommended amount.

highly recommend this program to anyone looking to increase their compound lifts... whether or not I reach 3 plates, I have already made some pretty good gains within these first two weeks.

Yeah I agree, I went to the one at brentwood, i had an awesome workout there. But the one at cambie was so terrible. Nvr going to the cambie one ever. One thing to complain is the $20 fee drop-in.

They charge $20 for drop in because they want people to sign up for a membership.

Are you talking about the one in Richmond? Yes, it is hard to find parking at that location. Good thing is that it doesn't get too crowded even at peak hours.

Since I've switched gyms I've taught 2 of my buddies the 5x5 program. Both of them want to get straight into power cleaning instead of rows too.

just tried my 1rm today on bench

185lbs @ 124lbs BW
obviously nowhere near as strong as you guys, but at least it made me smile

working set's usually 155 x 6-7 reps
strength&conditioning class really helped me out, especially with my form
