anyone else allergic to monohydrate? Recently started again and I got rashes/headaches.. Would it be because of the loading? I was taking it in much smaller doses the first time (stuck to 5g a day and never loaded) and I think I was fine.

did clean & jerks for the first time today. I love it, feels so good. Gonna suck when I move onto a boring mass building routine in February :-(

And im waking up every morning the same weight or a pound or two less then the night before. I gotten a lot weaker and also have been doing 10minute medium-high intensity cardio on tredmill. I want to lose my belly fat and any other fats on my body ofcourse I cannot lose a targetted area but im working towards it.

Ill stop taking it then, because the side effects make me feel really :s

Decided to give low-bar squatting a try today and set an instant PR! Hit 365 for 5 as my last set. Huge improvement for me considering last week I did 365 for 2 (high-bar). Low-bar feels more natural to me, so I will stick to it.

I do feel awkward though trying to keep my shoulder-blades together because I lack flexibility in my thoracic region and shoulders, but I guess the flexibility will come with practice...

my favourites are coffee and mocha cappuccino. coffee with milk tastes like an iced cap.

also, that ebay link just feels sketchy, but if you find a coupon code, bodybuilding.com would be cheaper since its already $99.95 over there and shipping to the states is $8?

my 5lb lasted me for a while but i didn't take it everyday but was always a double scoop... i'd say 2 months or so sounds about right for the 10lb

anybody looking to get there bench up give this a try
put some rubbers bands at the top of the rack and loop them around the the bench press. i find this allows you to feel what heavier weight feels like and you can get help at the bottom

this is the set up i use

Whenever I do squats or leg press like going all the way down, like a plate for squat and 2 plates for leg press. I start to get pain from my tailbone area. wat am i doing wrong?

What kind of pain is it? Dull, sharp?

If its sharp it could be sciatica.

Most likely you have tight hamstrings and/or glutes/hip-flexors and need to stretch them. Piriformis stretch is good!

Excelsis 01-19-2013 08:56 PM

butt wink probably

Awesome! Did you have any prior back injuries? If not, you probably have Piriformis Syndrom and need to do that stretch daily. I have bad sciatica from 2 herniated disks in the lower back. I could not do deads or squats for 4 years at one point. I stated stretching daily (hams, gluteus/piriformis, hip-flexors) and I feel MUCH better.

if youre high bar squatting you need to keep an super upright torso. Like when I squat it looks like im standing straight up

I wouldn't waste time and money on chiro man. Until recently I could not touch my toes. I had severe sciatica episodes where I could not walk properly for days. I could barely deadlift 225 (on a good day) and squat 225. I started a solid stretching routine (i stretch first thing in the morning and before I go to bed and hold my stretches for 30-45 seconds) and I feel amazing.

Chances are that by loosening up your tight muscles, things feel fall into place. Chiro will not fix your flexibility, only you can do it. Give stretching a shot for a month (but be religious about it) and I PROMISE you that you will feel a million times better!

i like reverse bands better than going against bands. when you go against bands it almost feels as if the bands are guiding you down like a smith machine.

GFitTrain 01-20-2013 02:10 AM

I have gone against bands. Haven't tried reverse bands yet but they are great for over loading!
