did 335x4 tonight, got it up 6inches on the 5th rep but felt something tweak in my lower back so dropped it, gonna go for 315 for reps next week

bought it a few months ago for a group buy.
was originally going to go for 2 months then go back to my regular gym, but i dont feel like it anymore

got it for $20, so i'll sell it for $20

size half down from your regular shoe size. i.e. i always wear 10.5, got a pair of 10s...fit very nice, tight yet not uncomfortable

Turning 26 tomorrow.

actually literally felt like an old man waking up today. I felt like I had a total rejection for anything childish I do and I am more focused on my health and my career more than ever.

It was the oddest feeling.

Happy early birthday man, you're like basically in the prime years for lifting. For alotta guys, mid twenties to early thirties seems to be the prime age for lifting cus the muscles/bones have all matured. You're not old at all, its just the beginning

So at a 150lbs.....I finally broke my plateau of benching a plate plus a ten....I currently am benching a plate plus a 25.... my max is a plate and a 35....
I feel so much better now....

wanted to workout today but i was too drained, felt so tired and fell asleep halfway through the day.

might aswell have a good lift sesh tomorrow rather then a shitty one today

yeah man, yesterday i felt like shit after work so i just slept for 13 hours and had a great chest work out today

Thanks brah coming from you that means alot. Westside barbell is super complicated so I used a super simple template similar to the cube method
