I have both choc Kaizen and ON double chocolate. ON tastes so much better. Kaizen is way sweeter. Gotta try the ON coffee flavour next time.

ON coffee flavour is amazing. It's not intensely sweet and has the coffee taste to offset the sweetness. It's somewhat like an iced coffee from Starbucks.

Mocha Cappuccino isn't bad either

Great progress AME_VIP, hitting 225 will feel sooo good
3-5RM 3 days a week hasn't been working for me at all
been stuck at the same weight for half a year... time to switch it up

I do them like a regular one-arm dumbbell row, except the hand positioning is the same as the person in the video.

Rear delts IMO are one of the muscles that require full-on mind-muscle connection in order to grow. You need to find that sweet spot every rep for full contraction.

well, i'm not sure how much you're paying currently but $53 for 5lb tub is pretty good. theres always a 10% discount code floating around, just gotta figure out which one is working.
and i'm cheap too, but if you dislike the flavour or taste of the ones you're using, i'd say it's a good investment to pay a little more.

not sure if it's the exact same but i have the chocolate casein flavour and i'm personally not a fan. have to double to milk just to have it tolerable for my tastes.

you won't regret the coffee flavour

just got an order with hotong for the ON vanilla flavour because the price was pretty fair. Hoping the taste will be good.

Gym and Motivation: #1 Fitness Motivation Site!
took one look at the tumblr and laughed my ass off. this dude sounds like a gigantic tool.

They call me egoistic, but have never met me. They call me self-consumed, yet they consumed themselves long ago. They call me insecure, when their security is threatened. Yet, they never call me a bodybuilder. Doesn’t mean I’m huge, doesn’t mean I’m perfect, it means I am building my body. When I was 18, all I wanted was 18 inch arms, while the kids around me wanted to see who can chug 18 Heinekens down first. When the kids around me were getting high through substances and destroying themselves, I was seeking highs that surpassed just drugs.

Much more fair. I called pop eyes and they sell it for 79. I got it for 79 plus taxes and shipping and the free creatine

ON vanilla is good too. My fiance and I really enjoy it in pb/banana/oatmeal shakes.

So current big 3 lift numbers @ 180lbs are:

Bench 225lb (3 reps)
Squat 275lb (2 reps)
Deadlift 365lb

Total 865. My goal is to join the 1000 club by the end of 2013.
