not hating on old people but today there was a guy who was using 5 things at once. he would basically leave behind one of his belongings like keys, towel, or water bottle an start rotating on each piece of equipment. people would ask him if he was using it and he would say "yes" then spend 20 mins on the other machines

he did this the whole time i was in the gym (around an hour and a half ish)

why bother taking over equipment if ur gonna use it once every 20 mins

when mixed with milk i'd give it maybe an 8? as mentioned in my previous post... its a light vanilla taste, no weird after tastes, and not too sweet.

when i tried mixing with water the one time i needed a quick hit of protein, but ran out of milk, i nearly gagged cuz it was quite awful, that i'd probably give a 5.5?

mixability is good though

If anyone is interested, I have a sealed Syntha-6 Caramel Latte 2.91lb for $20 that has an expiry date of 02/13. I did a quick search, and it supposedly is safe to take even after the date.

Screw that, jump in and use the equipment if he walks away. Supersetting is one thing being blatantly selfish is another. I give people 90 seconds from when they walk away from a machine or bench to go back to it before I work in.

I'm almost back to a 4 plate DL and am looking forward to setting a new shoulder PB on Saturday if I can push 85DB press for 5+.

Long time lurker here
When I first started training I had no guidance, and because I was so skinny, I had no motivation to workout. I weighed in at a girly 105lbs. I didn't eat much for a year because my mom passed away and I was really depressed. But in 2011 I decided to start working out, after accepting the hard facts of life, I needed to make myself better. After a year and a few months of training I put on 30lbs. Today I'm sitting at about 138lbs, I may be the smallest guy on this thread. But without a doubt I think there are other lurkers in this thread who may have been around my size to start off with, so don't be discouraged!
My goal for 2013 is to hit 145 lbs. That goal to some may be putting the bar low, but I know my body and my genetics..its going to be a hard grind.

Anyway, here are the picture of before and after! In no way is it an amazing transformation but I guess I just wanted to share with Revscene my results.

Bench day today. Felt great the whole day and set a new PR. Worked up to 315 and did it 3x3, which felt pretty easy so I decided to rep it out. Ended with 7 reps. Tired to go for 8 but a spotter had to step in.

Deads tomorrow!
