I'm finally making that mind/muscle connection with shoulders. My delts are lacking so hard too. Can't wait to see improvements in them in the oncoming months

Just thought I'd check in. I really do miss the gyms back home but I'm fortunate I have easy access to one here. It's definitely a good trade off to live in and immerse myself in a completely different culture.

By the way, this is fitness for men here in Japan...



Called "shiri kintore" which is translated as "ass muscle training".


This one is called the "long breath diet" - Muscle training/losing weight by breathing in and out, basically.
