Bencb 250lbs, deadlift over 405lbs and squat is pretty low right now. I can probably get it back to 365 before the meet, if not more.

Yeah, didn't go for the other two lifts cus of my knee, as sad as it sounds, I struggle with 2 plate squat and 4 plate deadlift right now so really have to wait it out before I really touch them again

I guess I'll focus on my bench from now until the national comp and hopefully hit at least a 315 competition rep

i think for the switching phase i'll do

Day a 50-60% paused squats for 3 sets of 3,
Day b Box jumps - 3 sets of 8 jumps
Day c Box squats 60-70% for 10-12 x 2

Very cool would have been awesome to check out the powerlifting meet.

Gym open for just 6 hrs today so it was packed. Decided to flat bench instead of bench press and hit 105lb 1x8 PR @180! First time picking up 105lb dbs :D

need help lifting bros,

my energy level has been dropping because of the bad sleeping patterns, i know im trying to fix it :okay:

is there a way to get a energy boost that will last long enough till i finish lifting today?

Shitty leg workout today :( Lower back still sore from last Thursday leg workout. Doing the 495lb deads absolutely killed them.

Maybe try some caffeine before you workout. A cup of black coffee or tea would work.

Pre workouts only go so far

Sleep and diet is key to a good workout after the working day

drank 2L of water, preworkout and some tea and i got pumped to lift again

bench : 215lbs with 5x5
squat : 205lbs with 5x5
good mornings (high bar) : 105 with 5x5
shrugs (machine) : 580lbs with 5x5

all my compound lifts have passed 200lbs :joy:

Anyone competing at Nationals this year? I should buy a plane ticket back and compete.

Numbers are pretty low right now due to school and shitty everything. Squat 550, Bench 350, Deadlift 650 at 220lbs (the most competitive group.....faurk)
