lol good luck :ilied:

in the beginning you have to pull up a lot.. also best if you bend your belt a couple of time to break it in a bit

Do you guys know if any local GVA stores carry lifting shoes? I'd buy some online, but I want to nail the size perfectly.

BTW, any online stores you could recommend?

EDIT: NVM, ordered some lol.

roguefitness.ca

They have free shipping across Canada, so that's a plus, but apparently they are out of stock for the shoes I ordered...:okay: I'll have to wait for them to re-stock.

I wanted the Nanos. I don't like the strap in the middle on the other ones.

EDIT: WAIT they have nano v2! I did not see them

On the other hand, I think I need actual oly shoes not crossfit, so I'm still shopping.

adidas store on granville has the adi powers. However the sole is eva not wood. Also max barbell carries wei ruis, which fits half a size bigger.
So if you always wear size elevens, order 10.5. I have a pair the quality is amazing, and the fit is surprisingly comfortable.

Thanks man! About to place my order for wei rui's! How long did it take for you to get them? Also, do they fit wide? I wear size 12 wide...

bout two weeks or so, but i ordered them from a different place my feet are somewhat wide and they are comfortable. heres a review tho

"Again, the toe area is slightly wider than a standard width shoe so they are comfortable on moderately wide feet."
