Found out today that my knee pain has nothing to do with my ACL
it's actually the misalignment of my patella with my femur bone (patellafemoral pain syndrome), that causes too much rubbing on my femur bone, because I have flat feet and I'm quad dominant LOL
hamstring and calf days here I come!
Same thing, has been a lot better lately though. I recall my doc saying something about my inside (closest to other) knee muscles stronger than my outer.

I also have severely flat feet lol. To the point where I got custom orthotics Posted via RS Mobile
For anyone that can't seem to hit their rear delts no matter what they do, try doing one-handed face pulls! Turn the pulley for the cable machine to the side, use your free hand to hold on to a bar for support and pull back like pulling a bow back to shoot an arrow. (except with your body facing forwards instead of to the side) Really feel it in my rear delts and makes it easier to target it instead of doing rear delt rows.
on another note, found my ipod shuffle (thought I lost it so I bought another one). It's the one thats a perfect square in 2gb. Its only been used for a week so good condition, if anyone wants it im only selling for 30! (as opposed to 60 in the apple store) really good for lifting cause its tiny and it clips onto an article of clothing so you dont have to leave it in your pocket

Yeah I had one done before too until I heard that custom arches actually worsens the condition because you're constantly arching the foot when you wear shoes and then unarching them again when you go barefoot around the house which is actually taking its toll on the ligament
