Rev's gym -equipment is old and ghetto, but barely anyone works out there at certain times of the day and noone supervises the area directly so no nosy gym attendants monitoring you..

Finally achieved balance for dumbbell shoulder presses
Week 2 of using dumbbells
Pressed 22.5lbs x 12 LOL
Now I can start focussing more on pushing the weight instead of stabilizing the weight
Ya spent my first year of lifting focussing on strength on deads, squats, bench
Did compound movements the whole time
Just started working other parts of my body last week
Leaning more towards gaining mass now as opposed to strength
Almost done 2nd week of smolov jr.
Did some front squats during my off day. All the squat racks were taken so I just go to an empty spot with a barbell, clean off the floor and do front squats. Almost got 2 plate clean By then I expect to get some weird looks while front squatting off ground
Nice, didn't know so many people were doing smolov jr too. End of week 2 for me today. Right elbow is a little jacked and left bicep tendon feels funny. Otherwise bench is feeling strong, should be able to survive one more week. *knock on wood*
Lower body is a different story though. Front squats are somehow messing with my hips. After front squatting my hips feel impinged or something. Tried to deadlift wednesday and the pain was just too much. Tried again tonight and still no go. Kinda depressed about it, I really wanted to improve my front squat and deadlift but it looks like I'll be going back to back squats for now.

any tips on some good shoulder stretches? its the rotator cuff/rear delt that's been aching, been doing face pulls 3 out of 4 workouts right after my bench sets (not after the 4th day [10x3] because day 3 & 4 are back-to-back)
but i also read shoulder pain is normal during these 3 weeks due to the constant benching, and will subdue afterwards

I found different band pull aparts pretty effective. When my shoulders were bugging me a little while ago I followed this routine and it helped a lot.
This video looks good too, but my shoulders have been ok lately so I never got around to implementing any of the exercises. I think you will find it helpful though.
