Full stop inbetween reps for me. Full stop gives you more practice with the initial pull off the ground which is the hardest part for me. Although if you can get 1-2 reps with touch and go you will be able to do more work in the end, which is a good thing too. In conclusion... it probably doesn't really matter haha.

Will go bCk on a layne norton workout soon, miss the intensity.

Havent been to the gym in a few days. Going through a mid life crisis lately, trying to figure out what i wanna do with my life for the next 40year and struggling with financial issues.

But no more excuses tomorrow, gonna go to the gym.

i do them interchangeably, but which would be better for long-term strength development?

i find on touch-n-go i can get 1-2 more reps, but i find both just as fatiguing in the end

touch and go 4 me

Ugh...minor tweak in my left groin. Damn you guys and your sumo deadlifts.

First day back to the gym tomorrow

Gotta let out some rage, whole weekend is swamped with work, going to be long nights

Anybody know if there will be a power lifting competition in April after Nationals in March? I tried messaging the BCPA site twice but not reply.

J.C 03-01-2013 11:22 AM

Just did a quick search on the program, and it's pretty much fully laid out for you right?

***Layne Norton Power/Hypertrophy Program*** - Bodybuilding.com Forums

Looks promising; might consider it after I'm off Wendler

PS: What should my initial starting weights be the program?

Awkward moment when you're pacing around your room doing dynamic stretches and you look out your window and a guy across from you is watching. He gave me a thumbs up

You sure he wasn't checking you out?
