IMO the Inzer is worth the extra money
It won't break, its top of the line, looks cool, and it should last your forever unless you outgrow it (which is pretty hard to do) or lose it
I'm using a medium, I have 5 holes to go up, 5 to go down, I'm right in the middle
You could probably fit a medium/large
I'm a big believer in belts
I only use it during heavy sets where I feel like it's a bit risky, it allows me to push myself more knowing that I'm protected and supported, better safe then sorry
I wouldn't use it for warmup or anything relatively light though and every now and then I like to drop the weight a bit and work heavy without it; I don't want to rely on a belt all the time
But be sure you're breathing correctly because it doesn't do anything if your not breathing into your stomach (valsalva). Also develop relatively good form, strength, and knowledge before throwing one on
I always see phaggots at the gym using a belt when their half squatting the bar and 135 with the bitch pad
LOL thanks someone always asks to see it when i pull it out
I was with recon604 in the corner and i told him "i wonder if strykn over there knows that im jc95"
thanks man, the initial lift was really tough but the second and third i had momentum from the touch-n-go
We all have trouble spots. Mine is being able to activate my glutes once the bar is at my knees to snap it up so to say instead of pulling it with my back.
You should incorporate some sumo pulls. They helped me a lot with the initial pull.

This. I have an acquaintance that I saw last week at the gym and he was wearing a belt and knee wraps under his pants. I was trying to get him to go lower since he is new to squatting, but not body building. I got him to go at least parallel. Since he is an acquaintance and not a friend I didn't feel right about telling him to rip that shit off.
I'm on my last week of smolov jr and am starting to notice that a belt would probably take some stress off of my spine as get closer to doing 300 lbs for reps. Never did squats this frequently before, nor have I had bruises and calluses developing on my shoulders

Maybe the guy doesn't have the flexibility yet to do so?
Nope nope nope. He said his knee wraps won't let him go lower. 1 and a half plate doesn't even need knee wraps or belt I tried to tell him. But didn't want to argue too much since he is a "trainer" and "body builder"
