thoughts on german volume training? tried it today, felt like puking at the end.
did this with my buddy back then about 2 years ago
its a nice switchup. i was dead tired by the end of every workout
dont know if it correleates directly, but my biceps got more mass than ever before (maybe for me, my biceps are just stimulated more by high volume training?)

Try finding a pure whey isolate? That filters out all the lactose. It's obviously going to be more expensive, but might be worth the extra money to you
i've had it so bad this morning i skipped my first class
its been 3 hours and it hasn't stopped LOLLLLLL FUARKKKK
Could be just the brand of protein, some may be better or worse than others for gas depending on the individual.
A bit of bro-science here but perhaps try one that uses physical filtration methods (cross-flow filtration, microfiltration etc.) to isolate the whey vs ion exchange (which ON is/has partially).

ive never had problem with milk before, it wasn't until the protein shakes till i got affected
Different protein powders will yield different (if any) side effects.
I get bad stomach aches taking Myofusion, but supplements from BSN or ON is completely fine
Try switching up the brand if you haven't already..but like halo said, protein powders are seriously overrated.

I am personally unable to tolerate Myofusion, but Syntha6 or Pro Complex is fine for me.

There are no principles, there are only events. There is no good and bad, there are only circumstances. The superior espouses events and circumstances in order to guide them.
I saw them unloading new gear and new bumper plates on Saturday, not sure if they're just enhancing that area or another CrossFit gym is moving in
Also they just got a GHR rig, looking forward to trying that out.

FYI, Use the appropriate Olympic bar when you are going to be dropping the bar for cleans/snatches/etc.
There are some people using the regular bars with loose bolts from all the dropping.
That's why, whenever I use one of those bars, whether it be for squats or benches, I check the bolts. The last thing I need is the bolt 1/4 way screwed in and it snaps from all the pressure.
Edit:
Be sure you guys know how to do cleans.......I heard a while back, some kid tried cleans in the Cross fit area - didn't stick the landing right. Broke his ankle.
