just a heads up.

got my bill today and was charged $60/month for 6gb of lte data sharing. I was not informed that it would cost $30 dollars more then the regular 6gb data plan. I have been on the phone(still am) for the last hour complaining that I wasn't told of the increased price. So far the best I am getting from retentions is a change back to the regular $30/6gb with no credit to take care of the extra 30 I owe on my bill. I'm pissed! But they keep saying there is nothing they can do.

Was also told there is no $30 lte option available anywhere in the system. Which is exactly the opposite of what the last retentions agent told me when he switched me over last month.

got my 6gb data changed for free, only had to pay for the lte sim.

while i was at the mall, i did a speed test. was awesome, 45mbps, 16upload. but when i got home, it was at 2.5 mbps and like 5upload. is the LTE network that bad??
