What is M.C.M investigative team? What are they supposed to do exactly? We had a few at our house asking questions about the neighbour and some crackheads that always come over.

I figured that much... the question is... why are they snooping around my house in plain clothes. They're looking for 2 17yr-olds. Curious to what they could have done thats so bad.

And likely doing neighbourhood enquiries to gather information about a file they are working on.

Some 17 year olds can be real assholes.
