Hey guys, clearing out my basement and saving to buy a new bike for next season.
1.First bike is a Norco Fluid One Small Frame, 2006 model.
The bike is entirely custom. I bought all the parts throughout the year in 2008 and had a mechanic put the bike together for me in the summer of 08. Everything, except the front wheel, was purchased brand new and is in good condition. The bike runs terrifically and is a great allmountain ride. Mostly ridden on the trails on burnaby mountain. It has been light enough for me to pedal up to sfu and is soft enough for the downhill.
Frame is adjustable from 4.5" of travel to 5.3", depending on shock placement.
The fork is a 2006 z1 ETA Light, performs great with only a couple of minor scratches on the stantions with no performance problems. The compression adjustment knob is missing, so I use a flat head screwdriver to make any adjustments I need for that. The ETA function is a life saver for the uphills, allowing you to compress the fork to a lower level and then locking it in that travel range.
Front brake is a Juicy 7 (upgraded from stroker in photo) and also put on a set of NRG Sealed Pedals

2. Second bike is a marin quake cl7. 2006 Marin Quake, super plush suspension design and pedals great for a freeride bike. I've put on a Manitou travis with TPC dampening on the bike. The fork also had an overhaul done professionally at a bike store, where they installed a brand new rebound cartridge and rebound knob. The fork has only been ridden a handful of times since then.
Rear shock is a Fox DHX 5.0.
Upgraded the brakes from Hayes 9's to a Stroker Trail front brake & Juicy 5 rear. Bottom of downtube has a minor dent, from rocks being thrown up while riding.
Bike is in good shape and will be a fun ripper down whistler, 8 inch travel up front and 7 inches on the rear.
