I live dt in the west end. There's literally nothing in reasonable distance worth driving to.

I've resorted to the two bucket system. My landlord lets me use hot water from the laundry room.

After the initial purchasing the supplies, I'm saving so much more money over using wand washes. Sure it takes a bit more time and effort, but at least my black car is clean and at a reasonable cost.

I'm in the West End too. I upgraded my parking about a year ago from lot parking outside, to underground parking in my building....and I happen to have a water connection in the spot they gave me

Before I was "saving money" on the cheaper parking, but then taking my car to a hand wash place to wash it. Now, the price increase per month for the spot is paid for in one wash by me....and I wash about once a week.

Anyone remember that wand wash place up Main St, probably around 23rd and Main? That was so convenient! Now I'm pretty sure it's condos...
