"For Neck Pain, Chiropractic and Exercise Are Better Than Drugs"

Figured Some of you may be interested in this.
I haven't read it yet.

Just curious what you guys think about chiropractic and what your experiences have been if any.
As well, what do you feel about taking prescribed drugs. Do you think drugs are over prescribed?

Not surprised. Doing yoke work will actually prevent injury to some degree.

I'm not big on getting my neck cracked. I prefer to do the physio. There is also the option of Acupuncture

“The people in the medication group kept on using a higher amount of medication more frequently throughout the follow-up period, up to a year later,” Dr. Bronfort said. “If you’re taking medication over a long time, then we’re running into more systemic side effects like gastrointestinal problems.”

Yea....I wouldn't say I was hooked, but i was taking a lot of muscle relaxants + other pain killers and developed a pretty good tolerance.

Not really a good thing.

Gave up most of the pain killers because i know it can't be good for my liver.

Physio + acupuncture for me now a days.
