they'll most likely get bumped up to the right tier anyways after a few games but it is kinda dumb that you join the bottom league where majority of people do suck

I didn't really rip shit up. I think I got 1 to 2 points a game. I was 6th or 7th in points or scoring....

I want to play with people I know :) I'm not a dick about it, I pass a lot etc.

sorry, i should say thats in general and not directed at anyone specifically. anyone/team who doesnt look like they belong in current tier will get bumped up or down.

we'll leave that to the organization to do their job

Yea, if it does make that much of a difference it would be noticable and the team will be placed accordingly, I think I was kind of a last minute addition as well.
