They have a store on Marine Drive.
As for tips, just keep practicing and also work on your endurance as the heat plus equipment really takes a toll on you. | Hey supafly, could please tell me how you applied the slippery take to your pads? The tape is only 1 inch wide so how did you apply the tape to your pads? Did you cover all the inner sliding surface of the pad or did you leave some parts of the pad without it?

I managed to cover up the whole surface area. Depending on size of pads, one of the rolls did both of my pads. I had some left over to do the bottom front/toe area of the pad. It was a bit of trial and error but I found that the most important parts is cover most of the inner pads to reduce friction on the ground.
I wish I took some pictures as reference but I just peeled them off a few days ago.
If you have anymore questions, I'll try my best to answer them regarding them

Kits is about the same age as old Killarney and old Trout Lake. Their ice is about on par with those 2 rinks before they were torn down and rebuilt. But at least its nowhere near as hot as Riley and the dressing room setup is much better.
No idea how Kits surface is in terms of grip though.
