Anyway, if you look at all the pictures posted, most of them have plenty of fruits and/or vegetables. This is the first pic I posted that doesn't have any in it... In fact, almost every picture has vegetables in it except for these 'supplemental meals' posted by myself, and most of Halo's pics because he probably eats 12 times a day and if there were veggies in each one he'd have to live on a toilet.
That's all I was wondering. Failing me for asking a legitimate question in a polite and sincere manner is a douche move.

you gotta remember what forum you are in, if you look up a few threads, you will realize this section is dominated by the workout/training thread

where we are all at the least eating our body-weight in grams of proteins daily and most of this thread will be dedicated to ways to make all them proteins tastier without having to add to much junk in the ways of carbs etc

this isnt the yoga how to be beta and skinny food thread, this is the how to put dem aesthetics on while still getting yummy foods in you thread

Went back and bought some more of those free range oyster blades.. Had 3/4 lbs of them tonight, along with 100g of okra, a couple slices of gouda, and some CORN~! Dessert will be 125g blueberries

Those oyster blades look really good even though I'm not a big fan of "livery" food. Think it's time I check them out.

Actually these didn't taste as strong as the last ones. I guess it depends on what cow it's chopped off

No charcoals left for grilling, so it's Chinese dinner tonight. Steamed minced pork + squid + ham dan (salted duck egg) and a side of baby bak choi

That's about 400g right there (1 lb) Probably a 1000 calorie dinner with 80g+ of protein and low carbs. Perfect for the 'high fat/low carb' off days while doing a fasted diet

Lunch was viet lemongrass chicken + lemongrass pork chop. Probably 1000 calories there too at least, but I had some rice with it (about 1/2 a bowl). Add a protein shake and I easily hit 220g protein with 2 meals and about 100g of fat probably

Here's what I have when I feel like having junk food:

about 2/3rd a pound of wagyu beef hamburgers (about 50g protein and 30g fat), on a bed of lettuce, avocadoes, grilled onions, usually some tomatoes and whatever else I can find. That's gouda cheese IIRC and fucken delicious

Here's what I had tonight:

Around 1.2 lbs grass fed beef (those oyster blades again, I can't resist them!) half a saba (mackerel) shioyaki (just grilled with salt) and some Okra (srsly best veggie ever invented). Also had a dinner roll since it's high carb day

Breakdown:

Protein: 184g (154g from beef, 26g from fish, 2g from veggies, 2g from bun)
Fat: 56g (38g from beef, 10g from fish, 2g from bun, 6g from butter (I load it on ))
Carbs: 20g (7g from veggies, 13g from bun)

Calories: 1376

For lunch I had a baked pork chop with rice, and an egg/corned beef/bacon/onion sandwich (didn't eat the bread). Had 50g protein after workout, so I am well over my 200g for the day

Durian for dessert
