I've been on a strict diet to lose weight/gain muscle, but I need some help on lunch. Right now I can only afford time for 3 meals rather than more than that per day (student/job/not much money). My "FUCK YEA" meal, today is a low carb/high fat day. http://i.imgur.com/zG1aB.jpg Added a 50g salad and a smoked brat to up the calories (otherwise I would be well under 2000 for the day and I'm trying to grow, yo) Sirloin 180g Protein: 48.6g Fat: 14.4g Carb: 0g kCal: 338.4 Pork Shoulder Chop 220g Protein: 55g Fat: 39.6g Carb: 0g kCal: 587.4 Okra 70g Protein: 1.4g Fat: 0g Carb: 4.9g kCal: 21.7g Brat Protein: 9g Fat: 17g Carb: 2g kCal: 204 TOTAL (not including salad) Protein: 114g Fat: 71g Carb: 6.9g kCal: 1151.5 :fuckyea: Too bad I will only be absorbing 20g of the 114g protein :okay: Wife is making papaya milk right now, so I'll be adding 1 cup of papaya and 150 ml milk. Papaya really aids in digestion of meat, so it's the perfect dessert for a FUCK YEA meal |

When you buy meat and veggies, you should know what everything weighs. From there I use the USDA nutritional database to add everything up This is a good site too: Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com |
