Halo, I had some dumbass posted that on facebook...
Look what he said to my friend who wanted to start working out...

actually you dont need meat in your diet to gain muscle you need protein and carbs and a few other things wich can be obtained from better sources then meat, alot of the best body builders in the world are vegetarians, keep in mind that the average human body can only absorb 30 grams of protein daily everything else is either converted into fat or waste.
:fulloffuck: :seriously:
I was like stfu and don't come back until you get your facts straight... :fuckthatshit:

Your friend is a fucking idiot, did you at least correct him so your other friend knows better?

dasani604 05-09-2012 07:25 PM

I've been on a strict diet to lose weight/gain muscle, but I need some help on lunch. Right now I can only afford time for 3 meals rather than more than that per day (student/job/not much money). Also, I've only recently started working out so I ain't at the same level as most of you guys.

Breakfast: Oatmeal + Hard Boiled Eggs
Lunch: ...sandwich? dumplings? INSTANT NOODLES!?
Dinner: Fish/Chicken/Salmon with vegetables
Two Protein shakes a day

As you can see, I have issues with lunch. I don't mind eating a sandwich (Turkey/Black Forest Ham with hummus), but I would like a bit more variety than that. Recommendations please

Tell him he's retarded.

Is there a limit to how much protein the body can use in a single meal? | Wannabebig

Santofu 05-10-2012 12:11 PM

I said you're fucking retarded...
Then he was like I SAID GOOD DAY!

My "FUCK YEA" meal, today is a low carb/high fat day.

http://i.imgur.com/zG1aB.jpg

Added a 50g salad and a smoked brat to up the calories (otherwise I would be well under 2000 for the day and I'm trying to grow, yo)

Sirloin 180g

Protein: 48.6g
Fat: 14.4g
Carb: 0g
kCal: 338.4

Pork Shoulder Chop 220g

Protein: 55g
Fat: 39.6g
Carb: 0g
kCal: 587.4

Okra 70g

Protein: 1.4g
Fat: 0g
Carb: 4.9g
kCal: 21.7g

Brat

Protein: 9g
Fat: 17g
Carb: 2g
kCal: 204

TOTAL (not including salad)

Protein: 114g
Fat: 71g
Carb: 6.9g
kCal: 1151.5

:fuckyea:

Too bad I will only be absorbing 20g of the 114g protein :okay:

Wife is making papaya milk right now, so I'll be adding 1 cup of papaya and 150 ml milk. Papaya really aids in digestion of meat, so it's the perfect dessert for a FUCK YEA meal

nns 05-27-2012 03:28 PM

Why only 20g?

I thought it was a myth that the body can only digest X amount of protein per meal?

SkinnyPupp 05-27-2012 08:29 PM

It is a myth, I was being sarcastic yo

Berzerker 05-28-2012 07:45 AM

Here was my dinner last night.
http://distilleryimage2.instagram.co...3817987b_7.jpg

Sockeye salmon, 1 yellow, 1 orange pepper, 1 onion, and after that was cooked I grilled 25 asparagus that were soaked in Olive oil.

Don't ask me how much of that I ate..... all by myself.

Berz out.

SkinnyPupp 05-29-2012 09:04 PM

Steak n eggs will be my dinner tonight. Will post it up.

vafanculo 05-29-2012 09:44 PM

What do you guys use to count all the carbs, fat, etc? Just go by the label, or an actual scale?

SkinnyPupp 05-29-2012 09:52 PM

When you buy meat and veggies, you should know what everything weighs. From there I use the USDA nutritional database to add everything up
