Ever since I started cutting my weight down, and working out hard, I've been prepping my meals far in advance.
I'm not a big advocate on cutting skin off of chicken, or OMGWTF AVOID CARBS, but I'm just sensible about my choice. I maintain 1600 calories a day, and eat very well.
Last night I made some piripiri wings and jerk chicken.
This will be divided up for the week for work.
eating healthy doesn't mean eatting untasty food. Just gotta be smart about it.

There are no principles, there are only events. There is no good and bad, there are only circumstances. The superior espouses events and circumstances in order to guide them.

Lets just ignore the fact that I'm lifting heavy 5 days a week and doing HI-IT 4-5 times a week and my lineages genetics come from a long line of burly mountain people.
Don't forget I once lost 80 pounds in 5 months. I didn't rebound but 4 years later bad habits and major depression brought the weight slowly back.
Hey I was just joshin' ya man, don't want to argue about anything. But If you really are doing that stuff on 1600 calories a day, have fun when your body just shits itself and you enter another tailspin. But do what you want if you think it's working. And btw there's nothing necessarily wrong with skinnyfat as a first goal. It's better than straight up fat!
I think the only reason you can eat so little without wanting to kill yourself is the drugs you're taking. Be careful with that, really

This is what my diet looks like.
Breakfast will consist of fruit and oatmeal and yoghurt.
Workout.
Post workout will be a shake.
Lunch will be a turkey sandwhich with mustard and veggies.
Snack will be a yoghurt, more fruit and nut/seed mix.
Dinner will be a few pieces of those chicken and brown rice.
Not torture, but very bearable. My goal is to lose weight and alot of it before building muscle.
Spring Mix, strawberries, feta, avocado and tomatoes with olive oil & vinegar. Yum. First day i've been able to eat homemade food for every meal in 2 months. Wish I could do it everyday.
Had a shitty day yesterday, 6 hours of sleep and miserable. Did my best to keep protein up though, had hot pot for first meal, with lots of beef, pork, seafood, etc. Probably about 80-100g protein there I am guessing. Problem is I had like 3 glasses of Coke
For meal 2 I had bacon and eggs. 3 eggs, 4 bacons. Probably only 40-50g there. Add to all that a protein shake, and I didn't hit my 200g goal.

Yo dawg, I heard you liked siu mei, so we put char siu on your siu ngor
The secret to getting enough protein eating out in HK: ORDER TWO DISHES AND COMBINE THEM. And I don't mean the "combo" dish where you get half a portion of each. At about 120-130g so far, and still have steak and eggs for dinner
Didn't make it home though, had to stop by BK on the way home for a burger. I guess that means I had a good workout
Invisible sky daddies commanding people to do shit is just so beyond retarded, I feel like punching myself in the balls until I shit my computer chair.
